Poor service

I had the worst experience at Hi-Fi Corp in East London, Beacon Bay yesterday. I went there 1 week ago to finalise an account that I opened online, they told me that they'll call me when approved. I saw 1 missed call from them, the reason I missed the call is because I was busy at work with a client, that lady didn't bother to call again or even use other medium when she couldn't get me telephonically. I called them to check if I was approved and the other lady assisted me. I went there for collection yesterday 28.09.2019 as they've made a quote already and I had to buy a TV Licence, they told me that the TV I was looking for had no remote and I had to come back on Monday 30.09.2019, I told them that I won't have a chance cus I'll be working, mind you, the promotion ends on Monday also. I asked if I could check another TV and they told me I should look for a TV with the same price or else I must leave some things I wanted cus they've made the quote already. The man who was supposed to assist in was Ronaldo as he'll get commission from that sale but he couldn't even assist me, I was there alone loitering around, looking for a TV that I could get, I was about to cancel the whole deal until a man called Luthando showed up and assisted me, he advised checked a TV that I could takeand advised me to cancel the TV insurance so I can get the 40" TV instead of leaving other products. Luthando won't even get a commission from that sale, the person who'll benefit was helpless.
