Poor service

I am very disappointed with HI-FI corporation Newcastle . my TV became black in December I sent it to the store as it was and warrant. They took my Sunsui TV and me to home to bring the power cable. The next day I was told that the TV is got cracks I went to the store to see what they were telling me over the phone.the crecks were visible of which they were not there when i brought the TV. Weeks later I was told come and watch. I told them that I am in Durban for training when i back i will come to the store to watch it . to my surprise the footage was not there. All i want is my TV to be fix. I am paying for a dstv without a tv how painful is that . even my wife and are under serious stress.
