Poor service at hi fi corp

compliant regarding the service recieved in vanderbijlpark hi fi corp. We went willing to spend a lot of cash at your shop. We were assited by a sales consultants we saw a diamond 65 inch smart tv curved uhd priced at 8999 we went to go look at other prices at other shops. And came back after a while because we decided to buy the tv. We went to have a look at fridges and decided to buy one priced at R10999. We went to the teller to pay our tv and fridge it was already standing by the entrance. After a while of waiting The consultant at the pay point saw that the tv was priced wrong it is supose to be R10999. After consulting with the manger Rinah she informed us that they can not price us better than 10999 which is a R3000 price diffrence on what it was desplayed on. Being very dissatisfeid we saw a sansui 65 inch displayed for 10000 we told the sales consulted we will take that one after a few minutes the consulted advised us not to buy that one as it was returned and not working. We asked the manager rinah why the tv is on display if it was broken she informed us that that was a mistake. We decided that we dont have time for incompetant staff and left I feel that hi fi corp was suppose to sell the tv for what it was displayed for as it was not the fault of the customer but the fault of incompatent staff. I wasted a lot of time and petrol to go and support hi fi corp and all the manager said was she can give me R100 off of the tv bracket. Hi fi corp has lost a sale of more than R20000 and this is just ridiculous
