Poor Service assistances to clients

I would like to report poor service from Hifi - Corportion Amanzimtoti branch. I was ready to purchase the TV however according to Hifi Corporation Amanzimtoti TV licence department is closed after 1pm. My details needed to be updated so I could purchase the TV, according to TV Licence department ********** 400 they are open until 6pm on Saturday and Sunday assisting all retails. Hifi Corporation Amanzimtoti do not know their jobs and too lazy to assit the client further, they might have the cheapest prices but poor customer service. You lost the sale. Hoping you could please educate your staff to phone the right numbers and have left the right number for you. Hoping other clients don’t experience this same service. Have a nice day.
