Poor Service and unprofessional,Hifi Polokwane

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your notice that I am extremely disappointed with the service received at Hifi Corp Polokwane.

I bought Sansui H/THEATRE 5.1 on the 16/04/2014 which has 2 years guarantee plus 3 year extended warranty which I paid for, This system has been giving me problem since I bought it, I returned the system to the store several times for repair, On the 18-03-2018 I returned the system to be repaired( only the active subwoofer-no power) when I got there they told me to return home to get the whole system as it need to book as a set, well I did so came back, the system was booked in. I explained to the guys how this system is frustrating me because of this ups and downs, the sales Manager(Lucas) Promised the he will come back to me on Wednesday (21/03/2018) to update me he never called. I called the store on Friday (23/03/2018) Khutso (customer care consultant) told me to wait for 21 working days, I waited for their call,on the 06/04/2018 Khutso called me to let me know that my system is repaired I can come to collect. I went there on the 13/04/2014 to collect. When I got there Khutso took out the system to be tested, When he tested the system he found out that the system is not powering and the worst part the power button of the receiver was broken from the inside, to my knowledge and after I observed the situation the system was received from the repair not tested and inspected. I was asked the guys if a situation is like this what do we do, they tell that they have to book it in again and send it away and that I should wait for another 21 working days. I wanted went to the Branch Manager to explain my situation and he told me that there’s nothing he can do but to send it for repair again.

I kindly request you to look into the matter and assist in any way possible to meet your loyal customer’s satisfaction and please advise on what steps where taken.
