Poor service and rudeness towards customers.

please take note that the HIFI corp at South Gate mall has very poor service, and very disrespectful to their customers. the staff do not take their customers seriously and do not even acknowledge when they have made an error, my mom bought a tv from them, last month the tv had an issue and went in to request for the tv to be fixed, they advised that the tv would be booked in. she waited for a month and absolute silence from the store, when she called to ask what was going on, she was told that the technicians do not come in for tv which are 49 inches and below, this was not told to her on the day she came to the store, while on the phone she was then told by the staff that they are currently busy and would call her back, which did not happen. the next day she called back because no one bothered to call her. when she got to the store she was rudely ignored and then spoke to to in utter disrespect by a woman called Lauren/Laura. on the same day, 2 other customer had complaints in the store, and the same disrespect given to those customers. I even saw one of the staff laughing at a customer who was unsatisfied with the service provided. something needs to happen in that store.
