Poor Service and Response

I purchased two Black Friday specials via EFT on 29 - 11 - 2019 (Russell Hobbs Breakfast Pack) Victoria phoned me to let me know that they had one box with them and asked if she keep it till they have the other one. I asked them to keep it and phoned a week later to find out if they had the second box. Eventually I asked for the box to be sent to me, I received one box with the kettle and a toaster and was told that I will receive the other before the 24th December 2019. I did not receive it and I phoned Victoria (Cresta Branch) to find out if they have the second box, as it was meant to be a Christmas Gift for my partners mother. I then spoke to Sello as Victoria was not available and he assured me that I he will follow up and send me the package. He said he would find out if there are separate units to make up the package and send it to me. Still, nothing has been received. I asked to speak to a manager, since I had to always phone to follow up and each time I was told they would phone back to give me feedback. It is now 6 January 2020 and I still have not received the second package. I phoned the Hifi Corp Cresta and was told that Sello and Victoria are very busy and I should phone later.
