Poor service and false promises on extended warranty

I bought a Hisense TV at HiFi Corporation in Woodmead in 2013. I was then sold an extended warranty policy with a guarantee that if something is wrong with the TV the technicians will come to my house and fix the TV. In November 2017 the TV stopped working, still under the extended warranty. I went to HiFi Corporation to report it and the driver was sent to fetch it and told me it will be repaired at the workshop, they don't do repairs in the house. On the 4th working day I got a call from MasterCare to say my TV has been returned to the store because it can't be fixed. The store hasn't notified me. I tried to phone the store. I have to try several times for their phone to be answered. I phoned a few times with Tina and Tshidi promising to check and phone me back. No call back from either. Eventually I got through and was told they have sent a request to Head Office to authorise that I get a new TV because my TV can't be repaired. They can't say how long it will take for Head Office to respond. All this time I do not have a TV. When they get authorisation to give me a new TV I will have to come and collect it. Now I have to find people to install my TV again, and yet when the policy was sold to me I was told the technicians would come to my house. If they can't do the repairs in the house and have to take it to the workshop, why are they not returning it and install it, as they promise when they sell you the policy? I am still waiting for the store to call me.
