Poor service and false expectations

I bought a Tv in October from Hifi corporation in wonderpark . December , January and February came to the store to log a complaint and nothing was done. I came early MARCH to follow at Hifi corporation wonder park and lady by the name of Elisa waa vey helpful and went out of her way to assist. 02 April technician came to my house and he comfirmed that its factory fault. I contantacted the store to to update them . On the 5th of April i was contacted that i should bring the tv back today when i got ti the store the Sales manager Nirmala tells me she doesn't know anything and she was so rude and didn't even care what bad service from her store . I want refund from the service i got. To Elisa you are a best consultant you deserve a promotion to be a manager you value and respect clients Nirmal insults and can't assess the issue of clients and don't respect customers. Nirmala needs a customer oriantation course. After this experience i want to a full refund.
