Poor Service and Communication from HifiCorp

I'm cancelling my order today with HifiCorp because of the poor service I'm receiving from them . I have been sending emails and trying to call the telephone line to find out about the delivery of my order that I have made online since end of the last June but there is no response or any communication from them. The should at least update me when I will receive the items on their tracking system because since I have order it been saying one thing "Payment Received" or they should fix their telephone lines and their emails systems because when a person call or send email the is no responds. I regret why I bought that item there.
