Poor service

Good day

I am so disappointed with the service I got from Hifi Corp woodmead. I called Hifi Corp to get their banking details so I can purchase a washing machine. I had to call three times to get their banking details emailed to me. I then asked to speak to the manager to get help. A simple thing escalated to me asking to speak to the manager. Imagine! I then made my EFT payment on the 4th of December 2019 for the washing machine I wanted. I then e-mailed my proof of payment and I told then I will come and collect the washing machine on the 11th of December 2019. They then called me to confirm that every thing is sorted and i must come and collect the washing machine on the 11th. On the 11th of December I went to collect my machine and paid 350.00 for the delivery that I arranged. I got there and was welcomed by Molatelo who was just sitting there and looking uninterested. I asked for my washing machine and he told me there is load shedding and they can't get my washing machine. I was then approached by this rude lady and she gave me ' I don't care attitude' like there is load shedding the is nothing we can do. My question was why didn't they call me to inform me not to come, and I bought this on the 4th of December why didn't the process my paper because there was no load shedding then. Molatelo was just sitting the by there door not even caring. From nowhere this yellow bone sweet lady came and told me they processed everything and my washing machine is ready for collection My problem is people who work there are so unprofessional, they act like they work at a ****a shop. They need training on soft s****s and customer care. There rude lady whom i asked why did they not call me back to tell me not to come because the is load shedding she told me that she does not know. Then if you don't know why are you talking to me? The manager there need to teach his/her employers customer care. especially Molatelo, he is so lazy hey. There is no order there at all. If it was not for that lady who came and assisted me i would have went back home and paid there delivery guy R350.00 for nothing. There is no communication there. people are lazy and have an attitude. One person knows this another does not know, what a circus. I wanted to go to Makro but then I though nah let me try Hifi Corp because is small and it wont be a hustle to get my stuff. I went to a circus. what a jokeHifi Corp woodmead is.... Too gheto for my liking. I won't go there no more and won't recommend anyone to go there. Shocked for days
