Poor service

I ordered a blender on 05 May 2025 and parcel was collected by the courier on the 06 May 2025 and has been with courier since no form of communication and was told the parcel was supposed to be delivered on 07 May 2025 I requested for cancelation on 12 May 2025 and refund, and now have to wait 3 more days for it to be finalised and approve my refund and I have call and find out all this info no communication from Hifi-corp or the courier
