Poor service

I bought a washing machine online about 3 months ago. I cancelled the order more than a month ago. I have called and followed up three times. Two weeks ago the lady told me I would get my refund in a few days time. I am still waiting. Very very bad service. I will never buy anything from them ever again!!!
