Poor service

I bought a 58" JVC edgeless tv from the store in Kimberley in November 2020, I was thenadvised to pay for an extended warranty of which I didn't. In 2 months the tv started showing me flames not playing just stuck on "smart tv screen" I took it in and when I got it back after " repairs" I did not get my remote back I made numerous calls asking for my remote it's not my fault that they forgot to put it back in the box. But like a fool m still waiting m so upset
