Poor service

Bought fridge and washing machine online, yet I haven’t received it . The delivery guy called me and asked me to collect this items in my nearest town. What’s the use of buying things online if they are not going to deliver it at my doorstep. The online policy said free delivery for orders above certain amount . I exceeded that amount and yet still didn’t receive my items. I’m disappointed with the service
