Poor service

Hi, we bought a Defy fridge at the glen mall , Oakdene yesterday. We were advised to plug it today and we notice the water dispenser is not working. We called the store and they now telling us we need to take the fridge to Marlboro, its not even 24Hours and we are being told a lot of stories. Can we please have a refund or replacement as this is so wrong on many levels.
