POOR SERVICE

I had the worst experience with Hi-Fi Corporation eCommerce platform. I ordered beds and my order was successfully placed. Upon doing numerous follow ups. I was told different statuses of the order. I cancelled the order on the 5th June 2020. I had to keep following up with them via their call centers to check if my order is officially cancelled. It took forever for them to actually cancel my order. they never contacted me back. I got partial refunds for my order but I never received my refund for the shipping fee. I tried calling their call centers and they seem to be offline. I will never deal with this company again and I still want the remainder of my refund.
