Poor service

Worst service ever!! Took my laptop back after having it for only 6 months for repairs 3 weeks later when I went to check how far the laptop was still in the shop after being told I will wait 2 weeks. N1 City has poor customer service. Do not want to talk about the customer service line. Spoke to Sombikile, whom has no phone ethics at all. I was informed by the manager if by 21 working days the laptop is still not in for repairs I can receive a replacement or credit back. It's been more than 4 weeks and still nothing. I will never buy anything from this company again nor refer any family member to.
