Poor Service

I am so disappointed with the service I am getting from HiFi Corporation. I bought a device to surprise my son to end up being the one surprised and looking like a fool in his face. Online, the device was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. It's almost 2 weeks now. When Cresta branch calls, they always promise and do not deliver. Can someone please assist as this is getting out of hand now, please... - Order#***.

I can not keep on promising my son lies now due to the lack of service I am getting.
