Poor Service

My tv from came back after being repaired from HiFi Corp and it gave me the same problem within a month and it took them a week to come collect my tv and it’s a week now they haven’t updated me if I’ll get a new tv or they fixing my tv HiFi Corporation Highveld Mall service is poor.
