Poor service

On 7 March 2015, I sent my decoder for repairs and I was told that it will take 7-21 days. When I bought the decorder I also bought an extended warranty so that should it give me problems, Hi Fi Corporation will give me a new decorder but that changed when I went to HiFi Corporation as they wanted me to leave it with them for repairs. Before I went to HiFi Corporation I took the decorder to Multichoice to sort out the problems that I had with the decorder and I was told that the decorder is massed up and I need to get a new decoder. Knowing that I had an extended warranty with HiFi Corporation I decided to take it back there. I first called them but they kept on dropping me.To my surprise I received a call on 24 March to say that for the service provider to work on my decoder they needed a multichoice card. I was totally disgusted because three weeks had already gone by and I was expecting the decoder back. Due to my work I was was in Cape Town during the time so I only dropped the card somewhere on 9 0r 10 April. Today, 23 April I received a call from Hi Fi Corporation that the supplier, Multichoice, requires a certified copy of my ID for them to finalize the repair. Disappointed!
