Poor service

<p>On the 28th July 2017 I have app**** for finance at Hi-Fi Corporation. Firstly it took the lady who helped me 3 hours to complete the application as they were under staffed. They then had to order the product I was interested in as they did not have in stock. They told me it could take up to a week for it to arrive. While I was waiting for them to let me know when they have received the product their head office called me a week later to ask what the reason was for the application not being finalised. I have phoned the branch 4 times since then and no one ever gets back to me. The product is at the branch now almost two weeks, but between the branch and the head office they cannot get the scanned copies right. The promotion is only valid until the 13th Aug. I'm not sure if I should ask whether I'll still get this product on the promotion price should this be finalised only after the 13th or whether I should cancel. </p>
