Poor service

I went into hifi to buy a tv. I already knew what I wanted. The sales person was reasonable helpful maybe could be a little more knowledgable. But when I went to pay the lady asked for my ID for the TV license. I told her I was buying for my church and was using a staff members license can I get the license details? She said a little angrily I need your ID. I thought she misunderstood me so got the license and showed her and she now more angrily told me she needs the ID to make a copy. So I asked her if I can give her a certified copy of the ID. Another sales person said that would be fine but the lady said she needs the ID and thats all she will accept. I have to say her body language and words were angry and harsh and its clear she didn't want to make any effort to help. So I left the TV and the stand I was buying went somewhere else where they helped me and I bought the TV somewhere else. While I understand procedures need to take place the way you communicate them makes all the difference. Hi fi didn't want my business. The other went out of their way to help. I find it very disappointing when staff seem to believe that we need them. Staff should go out of their way to help customers instead of just getting upset.
