Poor service

I placed an order on the 23rd of June and I was called on the 24th (next day) to say delivery will be done on Friday the 26th I must make sure someone is at home and I’ll be called an hour before. I was never called on Friday till the end of business hours and when I called their call centre I was told they’ll let me know as soon as they can deliver there’s no note to say delivery was scheduled for the 26th. Again I get a call on the 1st July from some lady saying they don’t have stock of the washing machine I ordered, there’s only one left which might be for another client, which really puzzles me as it means HI-Corp sells something they don’t have to a person and even takes the money for it. The lady promised to call me as soon as she gets a response from the warehouse so clearly It means not stock if after 3 days I’m still waiting to be called. I want my money back as this was supposed to be a gift for my mom. I could have went to another shop by now. I can’t just seat and relax when there’s no communication whatsoever. Today I call the customer services no one was available to assist was on hold for 15 minutes. Will never ever buy on your online service if at all.
