Poor service

I received an SMS stating my delivery is scheduled for 22/12/2025 and to ensure there is someone at home for this. I changed my plans for this. I have not received my delivery. I called the customer line to follow-up. First consultant hung up on me. The second said she didn't know when I will get my order. I should just wait for it. I am disappointed - this is the first time I have made a purchase with this company and so far not good experience.
