Poor service

I have placed stove set order with Hifi online purchase through payflex payment and it was immediately been processed but when I check my status with merchant, it confirmed to be canceled. I tried to call merchant several times to find out what could be the matter and they confirmed not received any payment and requested POP and order number from payflex. That was sent to them but I am still without any response. I tried reaching out to payflex over the phone on the very same day and they confirmed the order payment to be successfully made to merchant. It's now the 4th day since the quiry still without any update. The main worry is that the purchase went through and I'm still without the item, and the fact that the stove promotion ends tomorrow really stretches my worries 😟 All I need is the stove I've paid for without any stories.
