Poor Service

<p>I received my TV today, however after confirming with the store assistant (Cheslin) at N1 City and a call center consultant (Zuko Lerula), no DSTV HD decoder was delivered as the deal indicated on your previous promotion sheet. I have contacted Mariska at N1 City to inform her that no decoder had been delivered. She advised that this will be done tomorrow, I sincerely hope this is so as I specifically chose this deal as it was such an amazing offer.</p> <p>This experience has been a bit of nightmare, its turning out to leave a bitter taste. I work in Ecommerce myself therefore this is rather disappointing and I hope will be resolved as I chose to do the purchase from a convenience point of view. I was promised that delivery would take place today by a manager at the store. I in good faith believed that this undertaking would be met, after once calling for an update at 15:00, it was explained that the courier company had not collected the item for delivery. Once again no communication regarding this delay was provided if I had not called in, which initself is pathetic. When I eventually did receive a callback this was conveyed to me. I have since called again, asked for the manager (Charlton) he was not available, this was at 17:00. I am still waiting to hear from this store as to what the status is.</p>
