Poor service

<p>I tried to book in my television for repairs at the Kolonnade Retail Park on Sunday 21 August. First, I had to ask twice for assistance after I have been waiting for 10minutes. When somebody eventually arrived he said I must take my Tv to Wonderpark because he can't book it in for repairs because he doesn't know what is going to happen to my Tv when the store closes.</p> <p>I then tried to log a complaint at the call centre only to be prompted by a computer to leave a message and then someone will phone me back. It is now 5 days later and nobody has phoned me yet.</p>
