Poor service

<p>I reported a faulty machine last month but have not been helped to date.Claire promised to return to me before the end of today still that promise was not fulfilled. To top it all I learned that they are closing the branch on 15.08.2016. When I asked for the number to phone Samsung so as to personally lodge a report and make arrangements with the technicians,Claire refuses to give it to me.</p>
