Poor Service

Hello Peter.

I bought a fridge last year at Hifi Corp East London branch Beacon Bay. So on Sunday the fridge had a problem of tripping the plugs, so now it's not working because I tried putting it on again but it's not working. So I called them yesterday, they asked for my details and I did send them.. So I ask them how long is this going to take the guys said "it's going to take two weeks" , for them to only send technicians to come and see what's the problem with the fridge and if it's something they can not fix it can take another two weeks for them to take it and give me a new one.

So this morning the guy called again to ask for a serial number, I sent it. I asked him again how long can they take he said more than two weeks.

I told the guy that I stay alone, there's no place I can put my things and I cannot eat everything that's in the fridge even in two weeks.

He just didn't care he said I must find a place to put them. Please assist.
