POOR SERVICE

I took my TV for repairs on the 24-01-2015. (still under guarantee)<br> they took my contact numbers and told me they would phone me soon, I asked for a loan TV they told me they did not have one but not to worry I would have my TV back soon. Today is the 02-02-2015 THEY HAVE NOT PHONED ME.<br> <br> I phoned on Friday to speak to the Manager, I was told she would phone me back ( I AM STILL WAITING FOR HER CALL
