POOR SERVICE

I bought a 48 inch sansui tv last year in Prominade branch,this year tv was not working luckily tv has 2 year guarantee,i called them they told me i must bring it,i took it to the shop on the 8th May they said its going to take 7-21 days at repairs,i did follow up on the 3rd week they told i must come and fetch a new one,last week sartuday i went there the lady at customer services told me i came late she did keep my tv now its sold,remember i paid someone to take me there and i explain to her i dont have transport im working mon-fri that's why i went there on a sartuday,she told me she is going to order it from other branches,she still did not call me to tell me its there i followed up again the lady who answered the phone told me they have it so i told her i can only come sartuday,today i went there i took a taxi cos i dont have money to hire a car again she told me today im not going to get a tv in a box cos i brought mine without a box, i asked how am i going to take a taxi with a big tv without a box and why you did not tell me last week im going to get it without a box cos was going to make another plan,she told me its not her duty to tell me that other people are keeping their tv boxes i told her i bought that tv a year ago and i dont have space where im staying to keep boxes,i told her i cant take it to the taxi like dont they have old boxes maybe she said No,she just doesn't care as she speaks to you and she is not communicating professionally with a client,i bought that tv cash now im not a valuable customer cos its faulty its not my fault,she made me feel like its my fault,ive been buying a lot of my appliances there for years now i never received treatment like this,how can you give someone a new tv without a box? And i told her last week i bought a small tv while i was waiting for this tv,so where am i going to keep this one im staying in a one bedroom house where will i keep it without a box im so dissapointed and im going to take this to Consumer Credit
