Poor service

I wanted to purchase a Defy fridge from your Clearwater branch yesterday. I told the sales rep that I could get a Samsung fridge at a better price but we managed to negotiate a discount (R13,500). We proceeded to the counter to see if she had any stock. While there, the rep told me that it's R250 delivery cost. I told her it's not necessary because I'm able to move the fridge myself. She said Defy would come to my home free of charge to install the fridge. I asked her to clarify the Free of Charge part and the manager (who was in the vicinity) proceeded to yell that delivery is NOT free and that I should pay the amount. I just left the store. I will not be spoken to like that. I clearly specified that I will take delivery of the fridge myself. You have just lost a sale. I found better service and the same fridge (Defy DFC402) at OK Furnitures for R13,299.
