Poor service

Hi-fi corporation in Arbour Crossing (Amanzimtoti) service department has provided me with a horrible service after tv screen I bought from them had a fault. Service consultant by the name of Jennifer has been very rude and had a very bad attitude towards me when expressing how I feel about misleading information I receivef from the store and the company that fixes their fault appliances. I'll never ever purchase at that store again especially because of people like Jennifer who doesn't respect customers.
