Poor Service

I purchased a television at Hi - Fi Cooperation in 2015 and They suggested that I buy extended warranty(2 years) of which I did. This year the TV started giving problem of not showing pictures,that was in October I went there they sent the TV for Repairs and told me I will be receiving it after 14-21 days that never happened ,kept on calling them I even went to the store where I spoke to the Manager names Angelo,she told me she was not aware of the situation she then assisted and I received the TV.Last week the TV started again to do the same problem I phoned them to assist but nothing happened,I went there to give them the TV they said they sent it to repairs last week Friday they will give me a call this week, I have been waiting since then. Their service is so poor and the staff is so ***********.
