Poor Service

I have ordered goods on Black Friday, i have been receiving delivery mail notification that my order will be delivered between 4&5 December but i did not, on Friday 8 December i called the call center but got the attitude from the consultant when i was trying to explain if there's anywhere i can collect the goods myself cause i wanted to leave for my December holidays. well i was left with no option but to cancel my order i was told i will be refunded in 7 days, today its day 11 i still have not received a confirmation that says my order has been cancelled when i try to call their call center there is no answer. i had a really bad experience buying online with HiFi corp, all i need is my money back
