Poor Service

We ordered a product on the black Friday special online from HiFi Corporation and they said that delivery will take place 10-15 working days. When I asked one of the people workibg at the head office when my parcel will arrive, he said that my parcel will be delivered yesterday and I did not receive my parcel yet. They make promisses that they can't keep. I think that is very poor service. When I asked them again today where my parcel is, they made the excuse that they had a system error. Do not buy anything from them online as they make promisses they can't keep.
