Poor service

I bought a laptop,and the same day that I received the laptop.I noticed that some buttons are not working the same day I received the laptop.So I filled a complaint and that I want to return the laptop.so now instead of giving me a new laptop they want to repair it and give me the repaired laptop.How when it is not my fault that the laptop is not working.And what surprises me is that the courier company that was delivery my package had an accident on the day they supposed to deliver my package but didn't stop them to deliver my package knowing very well that it might be damaged.The way am frustrated I just want my money back.
