POOR SERVICE

What a bad experience with Hifi Cop, No one is responding to my emails or even calls, Ordered 2 items on the 29th Nov 19 only received one item yesterday after a lot of hustle and calls to their delivery partners, I am still waiting for my other parcel and then hifi Corp marked my order as delivered, Is this a ****, you guys desv to go to Jail, I want my TV or refund my money back, Now I cnt even go on holidays as I am always waiting for the other parcel to be delivered.
