Poor serivce Cashier

Poor service at Cashier Hi-fi corp Rustenburg. One cashier working, when we ask for service they say eish only one working. But why is there 3 computers at the paying point????????????? If only one is working? It takes about 20 min just to pay for one item. Either get more people to work at the cashier or make it a self payment option.
