Poor Quality Product and Bad Service from Manager. Baywest Mall in PE

I opened a revolving account with Hi-Fi Corp BayWest in Port Elizabeth, took a 55-inch Skyworth Tv, lasted only 4 months and its LCD gave in. went back this past Saturday the 08th of July 2023 used the same credit facility bought Hisen 58 inch this time around, got home TV does not work looks lice again the LCD is messed up phoned the store and advised the of this challenge and took the TV Back store manager told me there is nothing he can do they won't replace the TV nor even send it back to the supplier, this is so disheartening to think that this Company is loyal to its customers, someone told me we are sold rejects and i want to believe this notion and this is scarry to think that they have no Customer resolution ...
