Poor Quality!!

I'm not happy at all. I bought a Sansui Home Theater system at Hi-Fi Corp Rustenburg 4 months ago. One of the features stopped working, so I took it back to the store. It was collected and was contacted about 2 weeks later to come and collect. When I went to collect, the lady said that they cant repair it and they will give me credit for amount. I didn't see anything else I wanted, so I took the same one. Guess what one month later same thing happens??!! Really? Now I have to pack the thing up again and drive all the way to the store again? to be collected again? NO WAYS.
