POOR POOR POOR SERVICE FROM HIFI CORPORATION

We ordered a device online from Hifi Corporation and paid via EFT on the 1st of June 2020. Up to today we can not get any feedback from them regarding this parcel besides “package waiting for collection at the Rustenburg Branch”

I have even offered to pick up this package myself from Rustenburg Branch with NO SUCCESS.

This let me to believe that Hifi Corporation sells stock they do not have and therefore not able to answer or assist me.

After many emails I am now trying anything to solve this problem!!!
