Poor poor poor!!!

I'm extremely disappointed in my journey this far with hifi, I'm a brand new customer with nothing but issues and problems.. I thort they were the best in the business but clearly not.. Especially the branch in promonade mall mitchells Plain.. I ordered a wash machine in the 20th of June already paid a delivery fee, yit till today I never received my product, completely disgusting!!.. And to top it all up Noone is corrosponding with me on the process moving forward.. I have to take time out of my busy day to contact the branch and each time it's a different excuse.. Yit I still have not receive my product.. I wouldn't recommend anyone too take out anything with hifi corp.. There customer service is poor, there delivery and dispatching of the product is poor.. Just a poor and disgusting journey I had thus far.. Wished I never went with them
