Poor Poor Devices at HiFi Corp!!!!

I am deeply disappointed and angry; I had purchased a laptop from HiFi Corp about a month ago. Soon after buying it, I attempted to turn it on, but it would not turn on until hours later, I let that one slide. Now it is completely dead, out of nowhere, it does not turn on at all. Mind you it did not fall or crash or anything, it just decided to unalive itself. When I requested for help from them, they did not even try. Poor, poor service
