poor management-Zero Customer Centricity – Disorganized and Unprofessional

Hifi corp south gate -I would not recommend this store to anyone. The entire experience has been unprofessional. The frustration started with the in-store credit application, which was handled poorly, and it has only gotten worse. It has been a week since my sale was processed, and I still don't have my bed. The worst part is the constant lying—staff repeatedly state they will call with updates, but they never do. They are quick to take your money/info but disappear when it comes to following through
