Poor feedback and contact centre Hifi Corp

Bought a Fridge on the online department. I was phoned 29/11 to inform me delivery will take place the next day. Delivery never took place i have been trying to contact them to follow up on the order placed to no avail. it seems no one is employed at the call centre. The trucking system shows that the order has only been captured. Their estimated delivery time is 5 working days today is the 06/12 and still no contact has been made
