Poor delivery service from Hifi- Corporation

I bought a tumble dryer from Hi-fi Corporation on 08/11/2023. Order number ***. The item was shipped on 09/11/2023. Still haven't receive the item on 18/11/2023. I phoned numerous times, Hi-fi Corparation can't give their own courier company's contact number to me? They can only tell me the item has been shipped. I logged a complaint, still no feedback? Really poor delivery service!
