Poor delivery and communication.

My recently purchased item were scheduled for delivery on Tuesday 23/04/2024. After contacting the call center twice, it was confirmed that my item will be delivered before 18.00. Needless to say, this did not happen. No communication was received at all to tell me that the item was not going to be delivered as scheduled.
