Poor customer service rendered

Good day

On th 11th of May 2020 I made an online for jbl earbuds and till today I haven't received my order.

I made payment through mobi cred and they were debited and when I email hi fi they advised me that they do not have them in stock.

My question is why were they showing availability online and why was my mobi cred debited. Month had to pay for my mobi cred for something I don't have. I am very disappointed at the level of service rended.

I have been emailing and calling but no luck.
